GHOST · Nexus (the “App”) is operated by Nexus Systems (ABN 87 716 389 234). By entering, browsing, or purchasing through the App you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, together with the Privacy, Refund, AI and Abuse sections below, which form the entire agreement between you and the operator. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

GHOST · Nexus, including the app, software, code, designs, AI outputs, stories, data, and all content, is owned solely by the developer. You are granted a personal, limited, revocable licence to use the App as a user only. You acquire no ownership, equity, intellectual-property rights, or stake of any kind in the App, its software, or its data. Your access is a privilege, not a right, and may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time at the developer's sole discretion, with or without notice or reason.

• You own no part of the App, its software, code, designs, AI outputs, stories, or data.
• You are a user only — granted a personal, limited, revocable licence to access the App.
• You gain no ownership, equity, or intellectual-property rights of any kind.
• Access is a privilege that may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time, at the operator’s sole discretion, with or without notice or reason.
• Content you generate or save is provided for your personal use within the App; it does not transfer ownership of the App or its underlying software to you.

GHOST · Nexus is a fictional AI entertainment experience. All stories, tarot readings, paranormal tools, spirit-box outputs, EVP prompts, map results, rituals, and AI-generated responses are fictional and for entertainment purposes only. GHOST · Nexus does not detect, prove, contact, summon, diagnose, predict, or verify real paranormal activity or supernatural entities.

None of the tools detect ghosts, spirits, energy, or anything paranormal. They use ordinary phone sensors and audio for an immersive, theatrical effect only. Nothing here is real.

So there is no confusion about what you are paying for, here is exactly what each option grants. Prices are in US dollars.

The Eternal Covenant — $3.99/month or $29.99/year (membership)

• Every premium faculty of the App while the membership is active.
• The live GHOST AI — narrated and generated stories, generated imagery, and the haunted map’s living voice naming real-world sites — subject to fair-use daily and monthly limits to keep the service sustainable.
• Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your current paid period.

One-time unlocks (permanent feature access)

• Tarot of the Dead — $4: the full 78-card deck and all spreads. Works fully offline; no AI or membership needed.
• Paranormal Toolbox — $5: all phone-sensor instruments (EMF meter, motion detector, spirit-box sweep, EVP recorder, ghost compass, word bank). Works fully offline; no AI or membership needed.
• Premium Story Engine — $6: all 66 story frameworks plus full personalisation and cinematic long-form controls. The narrated AI generation itself requires a Covenant membership or your own AI key.
• Haunted Cartographer — $3: permanently removes the free Haunted Map lookup limit. The living AI voice naming real sites requires a Covenant membership or your own AI key.
• Eternal Pact — $19: every one-time unlock above, forever. The live AI voice requires a Covenant membership or your own AI key.

The live GHOST AI (narrated and generated stories, generated imagery, and the haunted map's living voice naming real sites) is included with an active Eternal Covenant membership, or you can power it with your own AI key added in Settings at no cost to us. One-time unlocks do not include app-funded AI generation. Free seekers always keep the offline archive of pre-written stories and the basic tools.

Payments grant access to optional digital entertainment features and memberships. Digital access begins immediately after purchase. One-time unlocks grant permanent feature access (decks, frameworks, sensor tools, removing free limits). The live AI voice — narrated/generated stories, generated imagery, and the haunted map's living voice — runs on an active Eternal Covenant membership or your own AI key added in Settings.

Purchases are payments for optional digital entertainment — not donations. Membership access continues for as long as the subscription is active; one-time unlocks are permanent for the purchasing account. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

All digital purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where such rights apply, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law (see “Australian Consumer Law” below).

GHOST · Nexus does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or spiritual advice. If you are in distress, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

The App does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, spiritual, or any other professional advice. Never rely on it for decisions. If you need help, consult a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

The App contains horror themes, eerie imagery, sudden frights (“jump scares”), and unsettling audio. It is recommended for users aged 18 years and older. By using the App you confirm you are of suitable age and choose to view this content of your own free will.

The AI within GHOST · Nexus produces fictional horror, gothic storytelling, entertainment tarot, folklore summaries, and creative writing. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, is provided for entertainment only, and is not a statement of fact or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use it.

The AI will refuse or redirect requests involving real harm, illegal activity, self-harm, harassment, threats, doxxing, sexual content involving minors, genuine occult-harm instructions, or authoritative medical, legal, or financial advice. If you express distress, it will respond with grounding, supportive messaging and signpost real-world help.

You must not use the App to create, request, or distribute content that is illegal, that sexualises minors, that threatens or harasses others, or that promotes real-world harm. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for such material and may suspend access and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

To report abuse, illegal content, harassment, self-harm concerns, or any violation, email nexus.systems.au@gmail.com with details. We review reports and act where appropriate.

We collect only what is needed to run the App: your account email and authentication data, your purchases and entitlements, and basic, non-identifying usage analytics to improve the experience. We do not sell your personal information.

• Service providers: we use trusted processors (for authentication, database/hosting, payments via Stripe, and AI generation) solely to deliver the App.
• Local storage & cookies: the App uses your device’s local storage and cookies for sign-in, settings, and offline content. Personalisation you type into the Story Engine (names, places, fears) is stored on your device and used only to weave stories.
• International transfers: some providers may process data outside Australia (e.g. the US or EU); by using the App you consent to this.
• Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. Handling follows the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
• Children: the App is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, distress, injury, or consequence of any kind arising from use of the App, reliance on its content, or anything misunderstood, misinterpreted, or misconstrued by any user in any context whatsoever.

You use the App entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you are solely responsible for how you interpret and act upon anything it presents.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any provision of these Terms that would otherwise conflict with such rights is read down to the minimum extent necessary to give effect to them.

Where our goods or services fail to meet a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded, and the failure is not a major failure, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

This is an independent creative project made for immersive horror entertainment. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any organisation, belief, or real-world entity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any matter relating to the App is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes update the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
